The Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure, through the Directorate General of Highways, start repair work and improvement of RM-531 road linking the towns of Alguazas Campos del Rio, with the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of the said road with access to the industrial estate 'El Cortijo', the municipal soccer field and tanatorio Alguazas.
So he was transferred today the CEO of Roads, Jose Antonio Fernandez Lladó, the mayor of Alguazas, Blas Angel Ruipérez, and neighbors affected by the layout of the roundabout, during a meeting held in the town hall and where the project was exhibited conditioning that will run the Ministry in the first section of the road.
The roundabout will have a single lane and an outer diameter of 40 meters, actions to be completed with enhancing the platform road, pavement strengthening, removing a winding route and the renovation of vertical and horizontal signs.
This project is the result of the commitment that the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure acquired with the municipalities of Alguazas and Campos del Río during the previous term, by which the two consistories participate in managing the availability of the land needed for execution of the work, claimed both by residents and by the consistory.
