2012 budgets of the City of Alguazas definitely have been approved publication, on Wednesday April 11, 2012 in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, BORM.
Accounts which have been approved by the municipal corporation in the plenary session held on 29 March.
Municipal budgets, which for this exercise are an amount of just over 6 million euros, have been prepared on a strict economic discipline, rigor and rationalization of expenditure and an efficient management of resources.
The accounts for 2012, intended to meet current expenses and the provision of basic services to residents of the municipality, do not involve a tax increase, which places Alguazas as the location of the local environment in which less taxes and fees pay their inhabitants.
With these assumptions not only the City can pay its debts to suppliers but also achieved a surplus in their accounts.
This liquidity will, through an adjustment plan to be developed in a period of three years, which the municipality has a zero debt.
One of the highlights of the municipal accounts for this year is that austerity combined with investment in addition to cost savings.
In the area of ​​citizen participation, the 2012 municipal accounts also provide for the granting of subsidies for associations, groups, clubs, clubs and guilds of the town, thereby promoting social and cultural life of Alguazas.
