A group of seventy women have learned the latest techniques in elaboration and decoration pastry in a course on cakes and cupcakes, organized by the Council of the City of Alguazas Igualadad.

This type of muffins, cupcakes are the latest craze in baking thanks to a very attractive image with a careful and delicate decoration.

But with its striking appearance, these sweet tastes great.

Responsible for delivering this workshop was Antonia vicente hurt, although fond of pastries, sweets made a great professional.

During the workshop, the students learned about the process of making cupcakes, and how to make the dough, cream the butter (buttercream) that may be of different colors and a paste (fondant), with which you can make different shapes and ornaments.

In addition to familiar with the various instruments and tools used, such as cutting or coloring for decoration.

The last day of the workshop was devoted to making a spectacular cake, with a neat and original decoration, which requires patience and hours of work.

The tasting of the cake served as a farewell to the group of students, who ended up very satisfied with the knowledge gained and to be implemented in practice, not only in the family but also as a career choice.
