A total of 58 plots enabled the construction of mausoleums are those Alguazas City Council, by resolution of the Local Government Board, preferably available to residents of the population in the Municipal Cemetery after its recent expansion of floorspace.

To date is already set up a waiting list for plots booking or for those interested in buying the same bound for its functionality cemeteries in that Alguazas Municipal Cemetery and therefore individually have satisfied the amount of 750 euros, 25% of the total acquisition-rate, subsequently this amount be deducted / subtracted from the total agreed (3,000 euros) and economic value at the time of notification of award of the acquired property.

The requirements set by the local council to access the availability of these burial plots are quantified in number 6 being those detailed below:

-Meet the expected rate of 3000 euros within one month of the request was formalized, the date is to be taken into account for the purposes of order of precedence on the list of requests,

-Only process an application for the grant of land by the owner, who must be a natural person,

-Not required to reimburse the amount paid as reservation fee for withdrawal of the applicant's request for reasons not attributable to the administration, that is, the City of Alguazas,

-The failure to pay on time or request for refund of the amount paid will result in the loss of rights booking awarding grants of land occupation,

-By the resulting order of the waiting list constructed according to the above rules, it will call on members of the same for the purposes of that select plot, and

-The purchaser of the plot may request of payment of said land in terms of three months.

It should be noted that with its recent enlargement Alguazas Municipal Cemetery will from now with space to host, in addition to the 58 cemeteries projected into as many plots, land for 30 single burial niches.
