José Gabriel García Barnabas faced in 2010, as announced PP and PSOE, to charges of throwing stones at a neighbor and assaulting a child under three years, has finally proved the innocence of the young mayor.
A year ago UXA Councilman Jose Gabriel García Barnabas had to suffer accusations of PP and PSOE have thrown stones at five in the morning to a neighbor's house and assaulting her three years.
These accusations became a complaint to the young mayor for damages and injuries.
Finally, after three years from those allegations, has been acquitted towards Bernabé García.
The Provincial Court declared the statute of limitations of the procedure on the grounds that the court which sentenced him "made an order to begin a preliminary investigation devoid of factual and legal reasons and which did not identify the accused," the judgment also dictates that " offenses expire after six months of his commission (...). however, that general rule is subject, by law, to which the procedure is effectively targeted against the person responsible for the relevant circumstantially missing. "
"It requires handed down or has ordered" reasoned judgment "in which it has its alleged involvement in an event that may constitute a crime or misconduct" continues the statement.
Thus, the Provincial Court declares the innocence of the young mayor, claiming that it is not responsible for such failures.
For Garcia Barnabas "all these insults and accusations were a mere strategy to weaken PP and PSOE and end the electoral threat posed by the presence of UXA, the party that has achieved 20% of the electorate in his first" manifest.
By Unity for Alguazas only expect a public correction of the parties that have poured these charges to repair the damage that has resulted.
Notably, the same lawyer who defended the complainant is carrying the proceedings against the father of Councillor PP, María Dolores Ruiz Serna.
As stated José Gabriel when he was accused, all this was a well planned telenovela to denigrate his image.
"It's amazing that want to convince the neighbors that I really am capable of casting stones from a hole twenty five centimeters from the street on the third floor at five in the morning and all the stones fell on the head of a girl "admits the mayor.
The traditional parties want to continue with the beach bar are mounted on the backs of taxpayers, why attack destroying democracy political pluralism and free participation of citizens in public affairs.
"UXA will not tolerate that neither PP and PSOE want to cover their corruption with false accusations against innocent people who come to work for his people and people with clean hands" says spokesman UXA.
