UXA "bipartisanship fails, triumph minority" (26/05/2014)

In Alguazas has also put an end to bipartisanship, and the most painful way to both parties, losing half of its voters each.

UXA message to minority voting and not abstaining has come to town.

The faces of the leaders of PP and PSOE said it all.

The election night was what the polls predicted except for the CIS.

At the end abstention did not fall over 2009, a first success for small parties that have worked hard to mobilize the electorate, compared to PPSOE message for citizens to stay at home if they will not vote for them to them.

Against those who want to make their farmhouse democracy, the people have taken to the streets to vote and reject policies that the old parties have held for decades.

The same parties that have led us to this situation will not be the ones to get us out of it.

In Alguazas election day was calm.

Early in the morning they went to vote several members of UXA, including councilors, José Gabriel García Barnabas and Juan Antonio Westerveld Carrión, then stay for agents at polling stations is that, although not run parallel to European, yes has endorsed the candidacy of Citizens (C's) as an alternative to the two-party system, it has managed to get 132 votes in Alguazas and a total of two MEPs in their first elections.

The message UXA facing this election was clear: # VotaAOtros.

There was only one purpose, which was to get alguaceños disenchanted with the old parties borrowed to the polls to vote for other candidates.

Success has been solemn, simply counting the 831 votes that the candidates of minor parties have succeeded in Alguazas, compared with 133 who did so in 2009.

But if for minority growth has been sound, the Popular Party can not say the same, as they have lost half their voters.

The 1,101 votes cast leaves them in evidence, obtained compared to 1,931 in 2009, 2,255 in 2011 municipal or 3,230 of the general.

The PP could not result in as low Alguazas from the municipal elections of 1991.

On the other hand, as one would expect, the PSOE in Alguazas has also contributed to that are the worst results in its history not only in the whole of Spain, but also in Alguazas, with Ruiperez Angel Blas failed to head, making obtained only 595 votes compared to 900 for European 2009, 1,084 municipal or general 949 2011.

Corruption, lies, cuts and tax hikes have taken a toll on PP and PSOE.

In a year reach the municipal elections, and that is when X Unit Alguazas be presented as a new alternative to democratic change and political regeneration of our people.

What we do have clear today is that bipartisanship is dead.
