Alguazas representatives signed a great performance in the regional final pitch of the "Program of Sports School Age 2014-15", which was played on Saturday February 28 in the municipal courts Serna Paco Plaza municipality in categories mixed fry and open (cadet and youth child).

And in this great celebration of young promises of bocce representatives CEIP "Monte Anaor" and the CES "Media Vega" bronze medals in their categories (mixed fry and open, respectively) were hung.

Jointly organized by the Directorate General of Youth and Sports and the Department of alguaceña Sports, the day also had the invaluable collaboration of petanque club "Nuestra Señora del Carmen" and Petanque Federation of Murcia.

This regional championship consisted of a preliminary phase that led to the knockout, who started from second round to reach the finals themselves.

In the last round the top, plus representatives of Alguazas already mentioned, were: in mixed fry, the champion was the CEIP "Jose Robles," while the runner-up was for CEIP "Santa Eulalia";

in open (child and youth cadet) the best was the IES "Prado Mayor" (Totana) followed by "high hamlets" (Lorca).

Excellent participation

There were 70 boys and girls coming from different localities of the region, as Lorca, Totana, Murcia, etc., in a tournament in which Alguazas was represented by teams of four schools: the CEIP "Nuestra Señora del Carmen" and "Monte Anaor" IES "Villa de Alguazas" and the CES "Vega Media".
