on Wednesday, June 10th (19.30 pm) is held in the Plaza Adolfo Suarez
Alguazas City Council has already prepared the celebration of "World Environment Day", whose main attraction will be a sustainable market that will take place on Wednesday, June 10 at the Plaza Adolfo Suarez 19.30 to 21.30 hours.
The objective of this initiative, coordinated by the Department of Environment and Sustainable Development which collaborate Murcia and the Association of Women of Alguazas, is to raise awareness about responsible consumption, reuse of objects and prolong the lives of those which they are deprecated.
"The neighbors, associations and visitors can bring those objects, books, toys or clothes you no longer use and deliver them or exchange them for other items, giving them a second chance," said Councilman Environment Acting Javier Gambín.
"The barter system is simple: at the entrance objects will be exchanged for tickets and then exchanged for other objects, never for money," says the mayor.
Also other activities
In this environmental conference also other parallel activities such as workshops and competitions on recycling for children and adults "have the presence of different entities related to the environment and farming that will teach us their products and activities" be made, advances Gambín.
