January 17, the day of San Anton, and on June 13, the day of San Antonio, 2011 will be holidays in Alguazas.

This was approved unanimously, the Municipal Council at its regular meeting in May.

These two holidays are in addition to the 10 national holidays in 2011 will be January 1, Jan. 6, 22 April (Good Friday), May 1, Aug. 15, 12 October Nov. 1, Dec. 6, Dec. 8 and Dec. 25.

For its part the Autonomous Region has been chosen as non-working days on June 9, the day of the Region, and on March 19, San Jose.

Furthermore, as the May 1 is Sunday in the Region of Murcia will be holiday on 2 May and also is Sunday Dec. 25, the regional government has spent the holiday to 21 April is Maundy Thursday.
