The Alguazas City Council supports the claim of local businessmen and ASECOM to claim that the link to the Arco Noroeste highway is on the RM-531.A year ago, the municipal plenary session unanimously approved a request to the State Highway Demarcation to change the link to the Arco Noroeste highway to return it to its place of origin, at the height of the cement bridge on RM-531.
This petition was approved by all municipal groups, and a year later the Alguazas City Council still has not received a firm proposal or resolution from the Ministry.The ASECOM business association has called a demonstration by car this Saturday, November 28, which will depart from the El Cortijo Industrial Park, in which the municipal Corporation will participate to defend the interests of Alguazas and demand a response from the Ministry.It is vital for the future and development of Alguazas that the Arco Nororeste highway has direct access to the municipality that allows economic, industrial and demographic development.
The link must be made on the RM-531, since it is the cheapest and fastest solution for the municipality, which is the initial place where the link was planned and that is closest to the urban area and our industrial land.
