| He used, up to 147 times, several stolen credit cards to pay fraudulently in different shops | A vehicle, bicycle and various tools have been recoveredThe Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the 'Socach' operation, has arrested in Alguazas an experienced criminal allegedly related to a score of robberies with force and theft inside vehicles, shops, houses in the municipality and that, in addition, he used up to 147 times several stolen credit cards to make small purchases, valued at about 3,000 euros.The detainee is allegedly responsible for the continued crimes of robbery, theft and fraudulent use of credit cards.The investigation began last October, when the Civil Guard learned of the commission of numerous crimes against property, committed in homes and businesses in the municipality of Alguazas, consisting of robberies and robberies with force.The investigations carried out made it possible to find out that there was a common denominator, the fraudulent use of the stolen credit cards that, apparently, were being used to make purchases of minimum amounts that do not require the introduction of the numerical code.The Civil Guard analyzed each of these fraudulent purchases and found that they had been made in businesses in the municipalities of Alguazas, Las Torres de Cotillas and the Murcian districts of Guadalupe and Espinardo.With this information, the researchers collected the images of the security cameras of the different commercial establishments, which allowed viewing an individual who took advantage of the use of a mask, cap or hoods to try to hide his identity.These tricks did not help the civil guards to learn that he was an experienced criminal, a resident of Alguazas, allegedly related to robberies and thefts.The enormous work of analysis carried out made it possible to link it with the fraudulent use, up to 147 occasions, of stolen or stolen bank cards to make small purchases for a total amount of about 3,000 euros.Once the necessary evidence has been obtained, the Benemérita has located and detained the suspect, an experienced criminal, with an extensive criminal record who, during the last month and a half, would have committed a score of robberies and thefts in the municipality of Alguazas, perpetrated in shops, homes and inside vehicles.Among these crimes is the theft of a vehicle that he used to move and continue his criminal adventures that could be located, recovered and returned to its rightful ownerAt the time of his arrest he was riding a bicycle, also stolen, and carrying a stolen toolbox, all of which was seized.The 44-year-old male, Spanish, detainee is allegedly responsible for the continuing crimes of robbery, theft and fraudulent use of credit cards.The 'Socach' operation has culminated in the clarification of a score of crimes and with the recovery of a car, a bicycle and various tools.The detainee, the effects recovered and the proceedings carried out have been made available to the Investigating Court number 2 of Molina de Segura (Murcia).
