Alguazas City Council, through the Department of Employment and Training, has revived another year, the employment assistance to job seekers led residents in the municipality.
The service is for people enrolled in the SEF and aims to improve occupancy levels and increase the chances of placement in the labor market.
OPEA is staffed by certified and support staff.
Through them the opportunity to job seekers in the town, to make your own itinerary employability through participation in various activities of information, guidance and job search is conducted on an individual basis through interviews and group sessions.
The stocks that make up the service consist of a individualized tutoring, development of the personal aspects of the occupation, the group active job search and interview workshop.
With these actions OPEA technical staff advises and accompanies the user in their job search process, so you have the ability to access more adequate resources to achieve their career goals through an update, planning training in its insertion job search skills and encouraging them in the task of getting a job.

This program has a duration of 5 months, one more than last year, and is funded entirely by the Employment Service and Training of the CARM.
OPEA Shares, which will meet to 114 job seekers in the municipality, are offered from September 6, 2010 until February 5, 2011.
