Alguazas Mayor, José Antonio Fernández Lladó and the Councillor for Sports, Alicia Parejo, presented the diplomas certifying at a ceremony held in the Meeting Room of City Hall.
The 15 young people who participated in the Crus Resource Planning Recreation, Sport and Leisure, organized by the Youth Council of the City of Alguazas, received from the mayor, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, diplomas attesting the same in a ceremony attended by the Councillor for Youth, Alicia Parejo.
In his speech, the mayor stressed the importance of such courses for young alguaceños, contributing to the integral of the same, offering the possibility to complement and enhance their professional profile.
The Institute for Youth in the Region of Murcia and the Youth Council are jointly conducting training courses for young people within the Training Plan of the Regional School of Animation and Leisure.
The topics covered in these specialized courses are mainly related to animation, leisure education, promotion, and boosting youth participation, social and cultural ... always adapted to local circumstances and owing to patent concerns or needs.
In the case of our town and this time, the fundamental interest has fallen on the sports field, in its aspect of health promotion from non-formal education.
