52 students in training courses conducted in Alguazas receive their diplomas (03/11/2010)

Alguazas Mayor, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, the Councillor for Education and Employment, Isabel Zamora, next to the Director General of the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF), Ginés Martínez, have presented the diplomas at City Hall, to 52 people who have been students of four training courses already completed, in Alguazas.

The four courses are aimed at unemployed people.

It is "Assistant electrical installations, which included 14 students and a duration of 300 hours, and" basic computing applications, involving 11 people and lasted a total of 250 hours.

Both courses were funded by the SEF.

The third formative action, "Information Day: Social aid through Internet", addressed to the elderly and disabled.

The last of the courses completed has been to "Gerontology for caregivers of persons in situations of dependency", attended by 14 people for 60 hours.

These two have been funded by the Ministry of Trade and Industry and funded by the European Social Fund.

Training activities

Councillor for Education and Employment has explained that this year is planned development of 16 training courses and on line, with a duration of 1,744 hours, which will cater to 248 people from various groups such as autonomous workers, unemployed, seniors and youth, among others.
