One of the workers was not high on the Social Security
They arrested three people from two companies, as alleged perpetrators of crime against the rights of workers
The Civil Guard has counted on the cooperation of the Labor Inspectorate and Social Security, Industrial Security Inspection and Inspection Health and Safety
The Civil Guard investigation has developed, in collaboration with the Inspectorate of Labour and Social Security, Safety Inspection and Inspection Industrial Safety and Health, the accident occurred on the premises of a company Alguazas which involved the death of a another injured worker leaving very serious.
Three people have been arrested on suspicion of crime against the rights of workers.
The accident took place early in the morning of Sept. 29, in one of the large tanks used to store vegetable oil used to generate electricity.
Two employees of a plumbing company that provided maintenance services to the power plant owned reservoirs, while they were performing welding and cutting tasks in a top of these deposits, were hit by an explosion causing the sudden release of the lid covering the reservoir.
The impact of this on employees caused the death of one, leaving another in critical condition.
The Civil Guard, having knowledge of this serious matter, moved quickly to the place where he began an investigation in cooperation with the Inspections Work and Social Security, Safety and Occupational Health and Safety.
This investigation reveals that the company where the accident occurred had not updated the plan of occupational hazards, besides lacking a study of explosive atmospheres.
Likewise, an employee of the subcontractor who died with the accident, when the same did not appear high as a worker in Social Security.
Once obtained all necessary evidence, investigating officers have acted in recent days to the arrest of three persons responsible for occupational hazards of the company where the accident occurred, also the owner of the subcontractor and its responsible human resources.

As part of this research has proceeded to the arrest of three people suspected of CRIME AGAINST THE RIGHTS OF WORKERS:
- Spanish, 61, resident of Molina de Segura.
- Spanish, 48, resident of Molina de Segura.
- Spanish, 59, a resident of Murcia.
The detainees and the proceedings initiated have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 5 of Molina de Segura (Murcia) and the Attorney Labor Claims Coordinator TSJ Murcia Region.
