The Municipal School of Gymnastics Gerontological empowers older people avoid their isolation and help them increase their social relations.

This activity takes place every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 to 11:00 pm in the municipal hall.

The Department of Social Services Alguazas reminded council that in addition to retirees, this activity is also indicated for children under 65 who by prescription can not do other sports.
Physiotherapist as a preventive treatment
Next to the gym gerontological service, the Department of Social Services also offers four days a week, a physiotherapy service.
The professional therapist helps those elderly who need to improve their quality of life through preventive therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation sessions.
