Therefore, the Employers Federation of Commerce of the Region of Murcia (EMCF), in collaboration with the Department of Employment and Training Alguazas council have launched a course on Techniques of Sales for Merchants that started last Monday and will last until December 5.
The course, aimed at traders, freelancers and future entrepreneurs, has a total of 13 students willing to learn the latest techniques in direct selling establishments.
The main objective of these classes is to enhance the personal skills of the seller to produce a positive communication with the client, promoting it to feel comfortable in the store.
In addition, over 44 hours of classes, students learn how to work in real situations, make decisions tailored to each business situation and develop strategies to enhance retail sales.
Finally, the entity Inforges Training, responsible for providing this course will train students in the art of "excellent customer service," key to the strategies highlighted in the classroom.
The Department of Employment and Training promotes Alguazas council for the fourth time this year, Sales Techniques course for traders who have the Tripartite Foundation grant.
