Providers Alguazas City Council can now confirm their adherence to the Payment Plan, launched by the Central Government for the payment of their outstanding bills.
To do this, contractors may perform procedures through the Internet, connecting to the database of the tax, or going to the municipalities that are owed to the same management in paper format.
The information they need to contribute in any of the two paths is the model of acceptance and date of acceptance, the current account number (it will facilitate the CCC or the IBAN and if international accounts, BIC), the nature of the SME / Self as AEAT, if it has been agreed and removed the principal amount of the discount removed, if any.
Providers have until April 22, by electronic means and until April 20 if they want to take the steps on paper through the council, to communicate their willingness to attend the proceedings, because otherwise no charge for this pathway.
The application for individual certification by suppliers to the local entity constitutes acceptance by the latter to resort to the procedure.
Once viewed positively by the competent organ of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, the Adjustment Plan approved by the City of Alguazas last March 29, 2012, in the first half of May, be approved the formalization of the credit operation , initially valued at 2,325,000 euros, which will allow payment to providers expected during the first half of June 2012.
