The PP neglects its duty to respond to the formal request.
On May 22, 2012, exactly one year from the electoral success by Alguazas Unit in local elections, the Ombudsman, José Pablo Ruiz Abellán, received members of UXA to process the complaint about the PP's office still refuses political group despite the law.
A year and a half has been the independent party alguaceños work for all, but without a public place where you can do it official because the mayor, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, continues to deny the space that rightfully belongs to the group-policy.
The Ombudsman, leaving obvious evidence of crime, admitted UXA's complaint and requested information from the consistory alguaceño.
According to the official of the Ombudsman, the administration has not responded alguaceña request and had to reapply after four months of delay.
Since we claim UXA dereliction of duties, breach of duties of the mayor and chieftaincy answer to no other official body.
