Unit organized by Alguazas "Poverty Summit" to be held in the Multipurpose Center at 20:30 on Friday 18 January.
Five speakers from different fields will be in charge of running the event.
As pointed UXA several weeks, the "Summit on Poverty" finally takes place on Friday 18th January.
The independent party Alguazas, aware of the current situation in our country, is organizing this event to bring all citizens in solidarity and friendship to combat poverty and social exclusion.
The event will be presented by Councilman Juan Antonio Carrión Westerveld, who will present to the five people who thrilled the audience with their impressions and concerns poverty.
The participants will be, first, the priest and president of Regional Poverty Alliance, Joaquín Sánchez Sánchez.
Then act a member of the Association of Teachers Interim Murcia (AIDMUR) and also taught in Lorca FOL, Sheriff Raul Titos.
Third, Eva Maria Lopez will Canovas, who is a member of the Network for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion in the Region of Murcia (EAPN-RM) and also plays his professional career as a social worker.
Later intervene Javier Sierra Rodriguez, who is Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology at the University of Murcia, and professor, political scientist and manager of a company in the field of social research.
Finally, the culmination of the event, will address the mayor, president and spokesman for Alguazas Unit, José Gabriel García Barnabas.
UXA expect a great reception from all citizens of the municipality and the high participation and collaboration of all to combat the risk of social exclusion.
From all these areas, the participants will try to explain to the public what the problems that have led to this situation and the solutions to be taken by our leaders and citizens about it.
Furthermore, UXA raffled among all participants several baskets full of staples.
They can also enjoy cold dinner, beer and soft drinks all attendees.
The event will take place in the Multipurpose Center, located in Paco Plaza del Barrio del Carmen Serna Alguazas, from 20.30.
