The Department of Culture of the City of Alguazas has convened another year the National Painting outdoors, bearing the name of the town, the thematic focus of his sixth year in the chimneys canning (symbol of a booming industrial past agribusiness) , bridges and walkways of the town.

The dimensions of the works to present at this prestigious National Competition of Outdoor Painting "Villa de Alguazas" which will be entertained in his day celebration with a craft market installed on the Town Hall Square in the town, shall be at least 73x60cm., and 100x81cm., admitting only work by author and always rack mounted rigid support, which should be provided with engaging means for exposure.

For the sixth edition of this Contest and participation growing massive projection down the following awards:

The work for the first prize will be signed by the author and shall become the property of the City, which in turn reserves the right to reproduce, display, dissemination, and so on.
The winning author Alguazas authorizes the City Council to publish your name in different media.
With the winning works and those not awarded whose authors commit to provide a sample is held in the Exhibition Hall of the House of Culture of Alguazas (from 8 to 19 April) and later in the Mall Plaza Vega Molina de Segura ( worth repeating, from 21 to 12 May), but the creations be withdrawn before the deadline.
The authors of the award winning pieces will set the price of it for possible sale, if they wish.
The work must carry on the back the following information: author's full name, address, postcode, city, phone number, number of ID card, passport or identification card, measures of the work, technique, title and price.
The organization will look after the maintenance of the works but will not be liable, for any cause, loss, damage or loss of which attend this contest during its period of duration, including the exposure.
Do not sign any insurance policy covering the risk effect during the time between the receipt and the return or removal of works.
The creations selected may be withdrawn, either personally or by authorization of the author, in the period between 13 and 31 May 2013.
The organization, from that date, consider that the author waives the work and copyright thereof, becoming the property of the City Hall building Alguazas and, where appropriate, of the sponsors.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes and take initiatives in the Bases unregulated, they served to better the Contest.
Taking part in this national competition is, by the authors, the absolute conformity of these Rules and to waive any claim.
May not take part in this contest those who have been awarded in the previous edition.
The Jury will be appointed by the Department of Culture of the City of Alguazas and shall consist of recognized standing in the field.
In case of adverse weather conditions that hinder the development of competition would be communicated to the transfer date.
