This initiative aims to create a space for both personal and group development and raise self-esteem of women alguaceñas for better incorporation into the different areas of public life.
This is a theoretical and practical workshop aimed to make clear what are the pillars of healthy self-esteem, work on acceptance, responsibility, care and awareness of what each one does, says, thinks and feels, to learn to listen and not to judge, to reconcile the individual with the best of herself without rejecting or repressing, which can not see clearly, but it's there.
In the words of the head of the Department sponsored the workshop group, María Dolores Hernández García, "this training activity aims to promote and develop personal resources to make decisions about everyday conflicts.
How to give and receive criticism, how to deal with manipulation and how to learn to say no without feeling guilty are some of the skills addressed in this proposal procured highly demanded by women of our town ".
