The Department of Employment and Training will provide entry into the labor market unemployed through employment counseling service funded by the Department of Employment and Training CARM (26/11/2008)

Alguazas City Council, through the Department of Employment and Training, has launched the careers advice service aimed at unemployed people living in the city to help them join the labor market.

This program, called "Actions Guidance for Employment and Self Employment" better known as "OPEA" has been funded by the Department of Employment and Training of the CARM, allowing the City Council Alguazas develop these actions from day 10 of November to next February 9, 2009.

This program will assist people seeking employment.

Its objective is the labor market increased their chances of finding a placement for others because it facilitates the encounter between the person seeking work and employers that offer it.

These actions combine all the elements of the guidance addressing the information, planning, skills training and motivation.

The staff for the development of such activities, a Technical Vocational Guidance and Administrative Support Technician, will be responsible to serve those unemployed registered with the Employment Bureau of Molina de Segura, and residents in the municipality of Alguazas, which ascribed to this voluntary program in which they carry out actions aimed at promoting employment and self-employment.

During the three months that this program, the staff of the City Council OPEA Alguazas and users of the establish a relationship based on personalized tutorials and activities, both group and individual, that will increase your chances of success in search of employment and selection interviews to learn techniques, strategies and resources adapted to real situations in the workplace.

OPEA actions of Alguazas, as is commonly referred to this program is already in operation with opening hours including Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 13.00 hours.

It is important to remember that this service works by appointment and will remain a minimum of three meetings with each user.
